Ian is a sole practitioner chartered accountant specialising in providing company secretarial services, part time financial controller services and non-executive director positions to ASX listed companies. Prior to commencing his own practice, Ian had in excess of 20 years professional account experience working for Arthur Andersen, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ferrier Hodgson. Ian ia a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and Chartered Secretaries Australia.
Bruce Pertzel - BSc (Geol), Dipl. Geosci (Post Grad), FAusIMM

Prior to this appointment Bruce Pertzel was the Principal of the long established geological consulting firm Pertzel Tahan & Associates. He established this firm in 1982 following a ten-year engagement with Endeavour Resources Limited during which time he progressed from Project Geologist to Exploration Manager.
Howard Carr - BSc, PhD

Dr Carr is 44 years old and holds a PhD in Economic Geology, a Graduate Diploma in Management and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists, the Geological Society of Australia, the Society of Economic Geologists and the Licensing Executives Society of Australia and New Zealand.
Dr Carr was formerly the Managing Director of unlisted venture capital company, Agaton Phosphate Pty Ltd. Prior to this he was the Innovation Manager for the WA Department of Agriculture, the Chief Operating Officer for the GIS Laboratory in Perth and an Analyst for Geo-Info Research providing specialised geological advice to all parties on mineral exploration in various parts of the world with particular emphasis on gold and silver in China.
For 15 months Dr Carr was Exploration Manager for a Canadian mineral exploration company, Princess Resources Limited seeking gold in Hunan Province in China. This included setting up the first integrated geophysics, drilling and assaying and computer modelling operation in southern China with over 15,000 metres of drilling completed.
Dr Carr has also acted as Guest Lecturer at UWA giving specialised courses in Planning, Preparing and Promoting Exploration and in Platinum Group Element and Chromium Deposits: Formation and Exploration. He completed a PhD in 1995 on "The Petrogenesis of Mesrensky Reef Potholes, Western Platinum Mine, Bushveld Complex, South Africa".
